Principal's Message

Welcome to Farragut Middle School, proudly known as FMS! Serving students in grades 5-8, our school is located in Hastings-on-Hudson; a close-knit village along the scenic Hudson River in Westchester, New York. As a community, we combine a rich and engaging academic foundation with a supportive culture to foster learning, belonging, and creativity.

Middle school is a unique, vibrant chapter of life marked by rapid social, physical, and cognitive growth. As educators, we embrace this dynamic period of development as an ideal opportunity to challenge students intellectually, help them discover their passions, and guide them in building meaningful peer connections.
