Assistant Principal's Message

I am happy to be returning to my role as your Assistant Principal for the 26-27 school year. Having served as your Assistant Principal two years ago, and most recently having the privilege of leading our school as Interim Principal this past year, my commitment to the Hastings-on-Hudson community has only grown stronger. I am eager to continue working alongside our dedicated teachers, staff, and families to maintain an outstanding learning environment for all students.

My path in education began as a math teacher in the NYC Public School system, where I discovered my passion for fostering student growth. To support students more holistically, I transitioned into the role of Dean of Students, focusing closely on social-emotional development and well-being. Blending my instructional background with leadership, I served as an Assistant Principal for several years before joining Hastings-on-Hudson.

My time with you over the last two years has reinforced my firm belief that relationships are the foundation of a thriving school. The strong bonds between students, staff, and families are what make our community so special. I remain deeply committed to ensuring our students have a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment to learn and grow, and I look forward to continuing our great work together.
