Assistant Principal's Message

Dear Farragut Middle School Community,

It is with great excitement and deep gratitude that I begin my journey as the new Interim Assistant Principal of Farragut Middle School. Though I am new to Hastings-on-Hudson, I have already experienced the warmth, care, and strong sense of connection that makes this district so unique.

I was immediately inspired by Hastings’ commitment to nurturing a diverse and compassionate learning community—one that aligns closely with my own beliefs about what schools should be. I believe middle school is a transformative time, and I am passionate about creating spaces where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to grow—not just academically, but as thoughtful, engaged members of our school and larger world.

As we begin this year together, I look forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to build on the rich traditions of Farragut, while continuing to ensure that our school is a place where relationships come first and every learner thrives.
